Mobberley Road Dental Clinic is a family practice providing private treatments as well as cosmetic dentistry.  The clinic offers a range of specialist treatments, including dental implants, Invisalign aligners for orthodontic treatment, and facial aesthetics, all within their state-of-the art new dental surgeries.

The Goal:

Mobberly Road Dental Clinic needed a fresh approach to its marketing. Dr Guy Ward especially wanted to focus on the patient demographics of his community to gain a greater understanding of the treatments they were seeking. So we needed new marketing materials and a targeted approach to generate more traffic and sales.

The Action:

Reviewing the competitor’s media and content-enabled MoxieWorks to identify the niche that Mobberley Road best fits into in order to achieve a greater intake of new patients.

We then worked closely with them to:

  • Produce new media content in the form of videos and photography for the new website, email marketing, and social media. We created a photoshoot list, style inspiration sheet, and video mood board. We assisted with art direction on the day covered interiors of the dental practice, team photos, and patient testimonials.
  • Consult on the current website and refresh the copywriting. We worked with the current website designer to rewrite the website copy to resonate with targeted patient demographics. We created a smoother user journey through simple site navigation and implemented an easy-to-use booking form to maximise conversions.
  • Build targeted email marketing campaigns. These went to the patient database to boost Denplan patients (a service that proved popular in our analysis of the business offerings).

The Results:

A stronger brand presence, targeted results and a significant increase in traffic. The new website generated a 366% rise in organic traffic, and enquiries shot up by 500%. Conversions also grew with 64.9% new patients compared to the previous year. The single targeted email campaign achieved 15 Denplan sign-ups.
