RPA Dental’s website needed a complete design refresh to showcase their innovative, comprehensive services for high-end dental practices across the UK.
The goal of the new website was to engage principal dentists and practice owners by positioning RPA Dental as a trusted, end-to-end partner for practice design, equipment, installation, and ongoing support. By highlighting RPA Dental’s tailored guidance and technical expertise, the website underscores the company’s commitment to clinical excellence, customer-centred service, and long-term value—enabling dental professionals to envision and achieve high-quality, efficient practices that meet both clinical and business objectives.
Website Design and Copywriting
The new website was designed to connect with principal dentists and practice owners by positioning RPA Dental as a trusted, end-to-end partner for practice design, equipment, installation, and ongoing support.
The website was built and created to communicate the services and support that they offer to dental professionals. The website design and development process began with collaborative sessions with Pete, Adam and Ryan. We explored various websites for inspiration, gaining valuable insights into the expectations and goals.
Website planning commenced with wireframing and defining key functionalities to enhance user experience. We then created design concepts for essential pages, seamlessly incorporating RPA’s branding alongside the photography, video and client video testimonials shown in the ‘Wall of love’.
Throughout this process, we conducted multiple meetings to update the team and present the designs, allowing Pete and the team to provide feedback and suggest refinements. Development occurred in WordPress including Search Engine Optimisation on all pages. Rigorous testing ensured the website’s functionality and responsiveness across all devices and website browsers—desktop, laptop, and mobile. Before launch, we incorporated final changes and feedback. We continue maintain the website for optimal performance and user experience.
