The Goal:
The primary objective for Dentist by The Green was to establish a strong, recognisable brand for their new practice. This included developing a logo, brand guidelines, a website, and various marketing materials. The goal was to create a brand that reflects the practice’s core values and mission, ensuring that every new visitor understands the compassionate care and support they can expect during their dental visit.
Logo Design & Branding
The logo design process for Dentist by The Green began with an extensive Branding Workshop held at an offsite location. This included a series of strategic exercises aimed at helping Dr Ayesha Patel and Dr Jeet Patel articulate the practice’s purpose, mission, values, and messaging. Through these activities, we gained a deep understanding of their vision and objectives. With this insight and supported by independent market research into competitors and industry trends, we began the logo conceptualisation phase. We presented Dr Ayesha and Dr Jeet with 12 distinct logo options for initial feedback, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive approach. Upon finalising the new logo, we developed comprehensive brand guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure consistent communication, foster trust with patients, enhance brand recognition, and establish a professional and cohesive identity across all marketing materials, both online and in print.
Website Design and Copywriting
The strategic process for developing and creating Dentist by The Green’s new website was planned to reflect their core values, while ensuring seamless functionality across all devices. Since the practice is currently being built, we used stock photography with the objective of replacing them with photographs of the team, surgeries, and patients once the practice opens. Dr Ayesha was keen to get the website live before the practice opens to capture interest and start building a patient list.
Following the finalisation of the new logo and brand guidelines, we proceeded with the website design. The process began with a series of collaborative meetings with Dr Ayesha and Dr Jeet to understand their ideas for the new website. We drew inspiration from both dental and non-dental websites, gaining valuable insights into their vision.
Website planning started with wireframing and defining functionalities. We then created design concepts for key pages, seamlessly integrating Dentist by The Green’s new branding and media. These designs were presented to Dr Ayesha and Dr Jeet for feedback and suggestions. Development was carried out in WordPress. Rigorous testing ensured functionality and responsiveness across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. Before the site went live, we incorporated client feedback to ensure expectations were met.
Ongoing maintenance and updates post-launch are crucial for optimal performance and user experience.
