Brand Refresh
The Goal:
To refresh their branding and brand guidelines for consistent tone and results. This meant redesigning brand materials, referral packs and advertising.
The Action:
Branding encompasses much more than just placing a logo at the entrance of a practice or in the signature section of an email. To develop comprehensive brand guidelines, we needed to conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s strengths, allowing us to identify their unique selling point and differentiate them from the competition.
We delved into deeper research on what treatments the practice offer, who their target audience is, their points of difference and what their competitors were doing. This analysis allowed us to identify the practice’s market positioning and pricing strategy.
We then build a full advertising strategy with the updated guidelines in mind, creating marketing materials such as business cards, appointment Cards, a periodontal referral pack and the design and copy for a half-page advert.
